Abstract

Psychogenic cough, substance abuse, and borderline intellectual functioning are distinct clinical entities that may coexist, complicating diagnosis and management. This case report explores the clinical presentation, diagnostic challenges, and therapeutic approach in an adolescent male exhibiting all three conditions simultaneously, emphasizing the importance of multidisciplinary evaluation.
